The Ministry of Justice has sounded a call to all Justice of the Peace practitioners, to participate in a stakeholder consultation for the draft legislation governing the modus operandi of that profession. The consultation will take place on Monday may 13th, 2024, on the fifth floor of the Financial Services Center at Pointe Seraphin, in Castries from 9am.
Information on the content of the draft bill will be discussed, including the application process, the process for registration and the powers allotted to the Justice of the Peace.
The Ministry of Justice looks forward to fruitful and productive deliberations on the draft legislation.
