On Saturday, February 24, 2024, the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in Castries launched an investigation into a tragic stabbing incident that occurred in Ciceron, Castries. This distressing event led to the untimely passing of seventeen-year-old Mckay Jessie Jaidy Flemius, a resident of Goodlands, Castries.
Following intensive investigative efforts, a seventeen-year-old male from Ciceron, Castries, was apprehended in connection with the unfortunate demise of Mckay Flermius. On Friday, March 1, 2024, this young individual was formally charged with the serious offense of Murder.
Subsequently, he was escorted to the First District Court for the purpose of seeking bail, yet he was ultimately remanded in custody pending further legal proceedings and a subsequent hearing.
