How payments work
Payment Structure
One clear structure for everything we offer — no hidden fees. Most bookings split 50 / 50: half to secure your date, half on the balance terms agreed when you book.
Payments are arranged directly with GVD TV after your booking is confirmed — no payment is taken on this page. All payments are kindly remitted to Vitus Peter, Owner, GVD TV International LLC.
01 Event bookings — 50% + 50%: Applies to every event package — funerals, weddings, graduations, sports and track & field. A 50% deposit confirms and holds your date; the remaining 50% is due on the balance terms agreed with you at booking. Your date is not held until the deposit is in.
02 Out-of-area travel — at cost: For out-of-area and out-of-state events, travel is charged at cost. We estimate it up front and you approve it first — the travel amount is paid in full together with your 50% deposit, before flights or lodging are booked, and is non-refundable once that travel is booked. Any difference is confirmed with you first.
03 Death announcements — one flat fee: One flat fee, the same whether you post it yourself or our staff post it for you: US $100 for the United States and EC$150 for Saint Lucia. The fee is settled before the announcement is made permanent — for staff-assisted posts, after you have approved the wording and photo.
04 Show sponsorships — monthly: Sponsorships are billed monthly, with no deposit: Presenting Sponsor $500/month, Segment Sponsor $250/month, and Supporter $100/month.

Package total $495.00 · Deposit due to secure your date (50%) $247.50 · Balance (50%) $247.50. Plus travel at cost if your event is out of area — estimated and approved by you first, and paid with the deposit.

Out-of-area & out-of-state travel — At cost, estimated & approved by you first. Due: Paid in full with the deposit, before travel is booked. Balance: Non-refundable once flights/lodging are booked; any difference confirmed first.
Death announcement — United States — US $100 flat fee. Due: Full fee, before the announcement is made permanent.
Death announcement — Saint Lucia — EC$150 flat fee. Due: Full fee, before the announcement is made permanent.
Show sponsorship — Presenting $500/month, billed monthly. Segment $250/month, billed monthly. Supporter $100/month, billed monthly.
